LOCATION: 1 x studio room available to rent in Harlesden, North West London.  Nearest tube is Willesden Junction in Zone 2. Great location for those studying at Imperial College or at RCA, White City campus.  The room is at the back of our family house and benefits from a leafy, garden view and peaceful location. To access the studio room you are to pass through the family house, the studio room would suit therefore someone working in London on a temporary basis or a student, wanting to escape to a peaceful location to study.

RENTAL: Short and long term lets are available. All bills and WIFI included in rental price.

COST: £260 a week which include bills and cleaning once every two weeks. Room can be taken for any period of time from one week or more. Price for monthly longterm rental is £1,050.

ACCOMMODATION: The studio room is furnished and is spacious and light (circa 2.2m x 2.2m).  A double-bedded room with plenty of storage in the wardrobe, under the bed and chest of drawers.  The room is suitable for a single female tenant.  In addition to the sleeping/living area there is a small well-equipped kitchen/eating area which includes a table and chairs, fridge, oven, micro-wave and cupboard storage. The table and chair can double up as a desk.  There is an ensuite shower room and toilet.  Shower room, toilet and kitchen are all exclusively for renters use.  Sheets, towels and weekly cleaning is provided. WIFI and utility bills are included in the rental. TV for Netflix, Amazon (using own login).  Street parking can be arranged for a nominal additional fee.

TRANSPORT: A 15 mins bus ride from Westfield Shopping Centre and 1 x train stop to Shepherds Bush.  Nearest tube station is Willesden Junction which is 25 mins on the Bakerloo Line to Oxford Circus and served well by the overground to Richmond, Clapham Junction, Highbury & Islington, Euston and Stratford.
